Reach is a tech start-up in the telecommunications space with a B2B platform and a B2C brand
Product Manager
Boston, Massachusetts
Launched and led the development of ECHO, a flagship product, enabling the quick deployment of branded mobile services; signing enterprise clients in the first month and delivering features like customizable widgets and promocodes for enhanced scalability.
Relaunched Reach Mobile, Reach’s B2C brand, managing a cross-functional team to drive market positioning and improve the UX.
Redesigned Reach’s Digital Storefront, increasing catalog flexibility to support diverse offerings.

Designed Figma wireframes and created a communication framework for the first subscription-based feature on Foxy.
